Roads and Maritime Services (New South Wales) has launched its new NSW Digital Fitness to Drive Medical Assessment Form using an Aduro standard compliant Healthlink SmartForm to replace the existing paper forms used by medical professionals.
Thanks to HealthLink and Roads and Maritime, 400,000 NSW drivers no longer need to visit a Roads and Maritime registry or Service NSW centre to hand in a paper form. For drivers and patients, this is a significant time, cost and hassle-saving measure.

For busy health professionals, the impact of going digital means less time filling in paper forms and more time treating patients. Submitting medical assessments to Roads and Maritime using the new forms will be immediate, resulting in faster case reviews and completions. Practitioners save even more time through their ability to reference Australian medical driving standards for commercial and private vehicle drivers, while the form guides them through the process to ensure greater compliance with published rules.
Existing HealthLink customers based in NSW already have access to this form within their Aduro Compliant Electronic Medical Records System (EMR). However, if your practice does not currently use Healthlink, call 1800 125 036 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive free registration and installation. Please note, there are no fees or charges for the use of the new NSW Digital Fitness to Drive Medical Assessment Form.
