If you are using a firewall, you may need to add HealthLink server IP addresses to the configuration of the HMS client in order to allow it to successfully connect to HealthLink's messaging network.

In general, all connections should use port 443 in order to be successful.

The HMS Client needs to have access to the internet addresses listed in the following tables.  Please note that only one of the tables applies to your installation of the HMS client, corresponding to the country your HMS client is installed in.
