  • Windows Instructions: Requires a PC running Windows, XP, Vista, Windows 7,  2003 Server or 2008 R2 (64 bit only) Server. After clicking on 'DOWNLOAD NOW' we suggest saving the installation file to your Desktop. Once downloaded, double-click on the file named 'installHMSClient.exe' to start the install process.

  • Mac Instructions: Requires Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6. This version of the HMS client is intended for new installs only. Do not attempt to upgrade. Click on 'DOWNLOAD NOW'. Once downloaded, double-click the 'instalHMSClient.dmg' file to decompress and mount the installer ready for installation.



    • This page works best with Internet Explorer 6.0 and above & Safari for Mac. Firefox (3.0) & Chrome (2.0) and above have been tested for compatibility.
