You should receive an email
within two business days confirming that your
application has been approved and the EDI has been
activated. If you requested a Service Application Pack
this usually arrives within 5 working days. However if you need to use this service urgently, our software can be also downloaded from web. Please contact our helpdesk for details.

Yes.
Practices that are using Mac OS X version 10.3.9
must use only HMS version 6.4.7. Mac OS 10.4 &
10.5 users should use HMS 6.5.5
