What's all this talk about SmartForms?
HealthLink utilises standard interfaces to connect healthcare providers to enable them to securely send and receive data. SmartForms have capabilities and benefits far beyond traditional paper forms. These include dynamic sections that update according to previous answers, the ability to pre-populate patient and provider information using data held within the EMR and workflow logic used to determine the exact recipient of the form.

Australian Hearing SmartForm now available
The Australian Hearing SmartForm officially launched across Australia in February, the form is currently being rolled out across HealthLink’s 11,500 site Australian network. Almost all of the major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems across Australia and New Zealand have implemented HealthLink SmartForms, or are in the process of doing so.

Roads and Maritime SmartForm Announced
HealthLink in association with Roads and Maritime Services (New South Wales) has commenced development of the NSW Fitness to Drive Medical Assessment Form using an Aduro standard compliant HealthLink SmartForm.
